As a leading medical device company, Traferox Technologies previously partnered with ProPart Modular for the successful design and installation of a cleanroom. With their business growing steadily, Traferox Technologies required an additional Class 5 cleanroom within their limited space.

To maximize floor space, the solution was to utilize Traferox’s air space by constructing a mezzanine. By going vertical, the new cleanroom could be added without compromising the facility’s floor space or the cleanroom’s required size.
The final result was a 25’ x 20’ System 40™ mezzanine with an L-shaped 16’ x 20’ cleanroom, meeting their spatial needs while allowing continued use of the facility’s floor space. Completed within an impressive 10 days, the project seamlessly integrated into Traferox Technologies’ daily operations, showcasing two key benefits of modular construction: speed and minimal business interruption. This marked a second successful completed project, further reinforcing the successful partnership between ProPart Modular and Traferox Technologies.
