The Coffee Office, a unique professional office rental service, needed to convert 8500 square feet of open industrial space into private, secure, individual executive offices. The Coffee Office is a professional business club offering private executive offices with a gourmet café service in a setting that is built for business.
Solution:
After considering many options, they felt that Provincial Partitions Ltd. could provide the most aesthetically pleasing product with cost effectiveness in mind. With an STC rating of 44, our proprietary System 40™ partitions proved to be just what The Coffee Office required. A total of nineteen offices in all were installed.
