“The Launch Pad” Office Solution for TechPlace
TechPlace is led by Burlington Economic Development and exists to help technology, talent and ideation come together under one roof.
Anchored by two co-locations, Haltech and Angel One Investor Network, TechPlace provides tech companies (both new and growing) with access to space, resources, programming and mentorship through a growing partnership network and by creating an environment that’s focused on generating opportunities for networking and growth.
TechPlace was looking to add an additional 3 private offices to accommodate their Launch Pad program. The Launch Pad program encourages growth-oriented companies to reside at their office and receive the many benefits TechPlace has to offer, such as mentorship, access to programming, networking and marketing opportunities, all while expanding their business.
After researching several companies in the area, TechPlace chose ProPart Modular as we proved to be the most cost-effective option and provided a full turnkey solution to their problem.
We built three, private 150 sq ft offices that took 3 working days to complete. There was little to no disruption to the business day, despite the daytime construction.
“There was minimal noise” says Mark Steffler, Manager of Innovation and Partnerships “it was much quieter than you would expect when you think of office construction”.
The additional private office space that we provided gave businesses the opportunity to expand and supported TechPlace’s Launch Pad initiative.
