Working in finance, it’s true one can perform their work without being on the job site, instead working from their upstairs office and pushing all the paperwork. BUT, observing the trademark System 40 walls being built on your first day at the job is invaluable. This was my experience.

In just one day, I watched the track being laid, walls erected, and interior windows and doors installed.  The only noise interruption to the entire office was from an electric drill and then a vacuum at the end of the process. Before leaving my first day on the job, I was moved in to my brand new space, built especially for me.  Meeting some of our installers right away, I got to see the materials and labour on which I would be reporting on each month.

As a bonus, I watched our customer service myself. I noticed that before any installer came into our space, all the materials were pre-measured and brought to the location in a kit. This ensured that the installers were in and out in record time. Before saying their goodbyes, the installers cleaned up everything.
