Case History:
Bird Construction
Mississauga, Ontario
Problem:
Bird construction, a valued repeat customer, needed a custom Bike Shelter for their clients busy, new state-of-the-art facility located in Hamilton, Ontario.
Solution:
ProPart Modular has long provided Smoke Shelters for a variety of clients but when approached by Bird Construction to provide a Bike Shelter for one of their clients, it would be the first one of it’s kind for us, and especially at the size required. As it turns out it was an easy modification using standard modular Smoke Shelter components to provide exactly what the client was looking for.
Measuring 18 by 30 feet, and providing space for as many as 48 bikes, the shelter was constructed using standard aluminum frames along with tempered glass. Working closely with all trades, the concrete base was poured first by Bird Construction, our bike shelter was then installed next, and electrical was added last to provide lighting. This shelter was done in conjunction with two other projects completed by ProPart Modular at the same location. An Elevated Guardhouse was completed first, and a Smoke Shelter with the exact same dimensions was also provided.
Whether standard or custom, ProPart Modular space solutions are built to meet your specific requirements for space, cost, weight, appearance, maintenance and security.
