Case History Example:
Woodbine Racetrack,
Toronto, Ontario

Problem:
Avenue Industrial’s customer, Woodbine Racetrack, needed to replace their camera towers. With off-track betting being a major source of income, the track could not afford to be without race coverage – they approached ProPart Modular for a solution.

Solution:
ProPart designed and manufactured seven 8’x 8′ steel framed structures to accommodate the racetrack’s need. We then delivered and craned the buildings onto the towers and had them operational within hours – virtually no downtime for the racetrack.

Designed for the year round racing schedule, the buildings are equipped with heat and power and protected from the elements by a roof overhang and a bifold door. When the races are in progress the cameras are mounted on a shelf to achieve optimum camera range, when the races are over the camera person closes the bifold door and leaves through a floor hatch.

Prefabricated Exterior Portable Building Structures are available in both wood frame or steel construction. Single section or multi-sectional complexes are built in a fraction of the time versus conventional type construction methods. Quality controlled, built in ProPart Modular’s manufacturing plant.
