TJX/Winners’ System 40™ Office Complex
TJX/Winners is a leading off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions across the globe. As the company continues to grow, they required additional office space on the warehouse floor for new employees and management. Over the years, TJX/Winners has worked with ProPart Modular to install a System 40™ wall system along with interior and exterior portable buildings, making ProPart Modular the clear choice for this project.
ProPart Modular consulted, designed, and delivered an office complex to meet TJX/Winners’ growing needs. As the project began with ProPart Modular beginning the framing work on the pre-existing 16’ x 32’ floor, TJX/Winners requested that they’d like the unit built on a subfloor instead. Despite this challenge, the flexibility of System 40™ allowed ProPart Modular to add the platform and relocate the walls on top. This custom request resulted in being a sub-floor complete with a small step in as well as some extra electrics provided for customer workstations. TJX/Winners’ new office complex took two weeks to complete and was done so in a busy distribution warehouse without disrupting their everyday operations. Limiting the cost associated with customer downtime is a key asset to modular construction.
