Problem:
Long time client Multimatic needed a fully open 2 Story workspace area on both the ground floor and second story for their Quality Assurance Lab.
Solution:
Multimatics new quality assurance lab is a testament to the flexibility and re-purposing of ProPart Modular’s System 40™ two-story Mezzanines. Multimatics new structure is composed entirely of standard System 40™ parts from a previous installation. Not only were the refurbished components fully customizable to the clients’ new configuration requirements, but a significant cost savings was realized by buying refurbished.
ProPart Modular’s mezzanine floor capacity is rated at 125 psf UDL which enabled a fully open space above and below. Our steel mezzanine structures are custom engineered to suit each and every job application. The structural mechanical components of ProPart Modular’s proprietary System 40™ Mezzanines are designed to be assembled and disassembled easily, making relocation and reconfiguration possible. All structural components bolt together, ensuring complete flexibility in the event needs change in the future. Additionally, ProPart welding operations are CWB Certified.
