For this project, Leeswood Construction requested a custom Guard House, and ProPart Modular had the perfect solution.
From design to delivery, our team created a custom 12′ x 32′ pre-assembled steel-framed building that was tailored precisely to our client’s requirements. The new structure included work counters and a washroom, creating a comfortable and accessible environment for staff.
ProPart Modular’s functional and space efficient guardhouses and kiosks give years of economical trouble-free operation. Kiosks can include windows, full electrical package, plumbing, hinged or sliding door and exterior grade roofs. Work counters, HVAC, special flooring, overhangs or canopies are available options. ProPart’s booths arrive completely finished and can usually be operational the same day.
