For this project, Income Manufacturing Group needed additional office space on an existing mezzanine, and ProPart Modular provided the ideal solution. From design through installation, our team delivered three custom-sized System 48™ offices tailored to the client’s requirements. These offices range in different sizes, the biggest being 42’ x 24’ and the smallest being 24’ x 19’. By constructing the offices on the existing mezzanine, Income Manufacturing Group was able to maximize its facility footprint—preserving valuable manufacturing space below while creating functional office space above to support ongoing operations.

Panels are easily modified on-site to suit even the most critical dimension, and virtually any layout is possible.
