Konecranes Canada approached ProPart Modular among other providers, for a quote to construct 3 new In Plant Offices and a storage Mezzanine for their new state-of-the-art head office in Burlington, Ontario. One of their primary concerns was sound reduction for the office, as they would be situated in a high traffic area. Not only would ProPart Modular System 40™ meet the 40db requirement, but it would, in fact, exceed it making ProPart the best choice for the project.

With an STC45 rating using Roxul Plus Insulation in the wall cavities of the System 40™ offices, this was exactly what Konecranes was looking for. As an added bonus, because modular units take significantly less time to complete, all principal construction was finished within 4 days. This included all three In Plant Offices, totaling approximately 1,200 square feet as well as the storage Mezzanine.
