Problem:
The Docks Entertainment Complex, located on the Toronto waterfront, needed a flexible and virtually soundproof glazed operable wall system to partition space above an open dance floor and to make space available for private functions.
Solution:

Located in “The Next Level”, a private area above the dance floor, the clear anodized aluminum finish rail system provided by ProPart Modular can turn an open 5,750 square foot area into a variety of smaller function rooms. All this, overlooking the fabulous dance hall below and set against a backdrop of the spectacular Toronto cityscape and Center Islands.
The three 40’x12′ operable walls are comprised of more than fifteen dual panels which provide an STC sound rating of 44. With clear tempered glass and beautifully finished clear anodized aluminum panels the operable walls complement the look and feel of this modern open facility.
