Problem:
With the constant construction at Go Transit stations, the Government of Ontario’s Provincial Transportation Systems needed to find a solution to provide uninterrupted service while their various ticket selling locations were temporarily out of commission.
Solution:
ProPart Modular designed, manufactured and delivered a mobile ticket trailer on time and on budget!
The trailers are equipped with all the amenities required for their staff to work comfortably around the clock. “We find this a perfect solution to our growing needs,” says GO’s Sr. Project Engineer, Eric Eisen. “Not only can we use these for temporary purposes during construction at permanent stations, but it’s ideal for remote areas and special events.
The 12’x 30′ wheeled unit can be disconnected from local service quickly. The Modular staircases disassemble and are stored inside, and with hinged landing and canopy the unit is ready for the next site within hours. Two rooftop heat/cool units keep the unit climatically controlled. The C.C.T.V. keeps the employees safe and the network connections enable the staff to stay in sync with the operations of the train logistics.
