Problem:
Automated Welding Systems, a world leader in the design of laser welders, provides their customers with a complete system – state of the art laser welders and a secure, light tight enclosure in which to control the process. They turned to Provincial Partitions to design and install a proto-type in their facility.
Solution:
System 40™ partitions were used to construct the laser welder enclosure, completely sealed to eliminate any light penetration, including conveyor openings which could be closed when the laser was in use. The security fencing around the perimeter of the enclosure was also designed with safety in mind – both the hinged and sliding gates are equipped with sensors to disable the laser welders when either of the doors are opened.

Provincial Partitions now manufactures Modular Wire Partitions used for a variety of applications. Hazardous material storage, stock rooms, security fencing, tool cribs, bonded warehouses, barriers and on the back of pallet racking to avoid costly spills. The partitions are comprised of prefabricated and prefinished all welded interchangeable components.
