Problem:
Automated Jetting Systems Needed an oversized E-Room enclosure for their clients new state-of-the-art powder application room.
Solution:
ProPart Modular’s patented ProWall™ paneling system provided the perfect solution for the oversize requirements. This completed custom enclosure with framed openings measures 31 x 41 ft. with continuous walls standing 23 feet high. Working closely with Automated Jetting Systems, ProPart Modular helped engineer a steel reinforced enclosure producing, essentially, two customized halves.
ProPart Modular also helped engineer the custom ceiling design, providing the required openings so that Automated Jetting Systems powder application equipment could force all dust and contaminants out of the enclosure. Included also, was a 10′ x 10′ roll up door plus a single man door emergency exit.
