3rd Time’s A Charm
In March 2020 during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Oakville-based, Oliberté, pivoted to manufacturing masks. In order to house the new medical-grade masks, Oliberté looked to cleanroom experts, ProPart Modular.
Using ProPart Modular’s proprietary System 40™, a cGMP ISO 8 cleanroom was designed and built for Oliberté’s new surgical masks. In May 2020, Oliberté required a larger space so ProPart Modular reconfigured and expanded the cleanroom to double its capacity. Come January 2022, a third expansion was required and completed.
The benefits of ProPart Modular’s System 40™ were on full display as all three builds were easily completed due to its flexibility and convenience. System 40™ assembles faster and cleaner than conventional construction. For Oliberté, this meant less mess and downtime, and a quicker project turnaround without interrupting operations during business hours.
