Owners of an auto dealership know the benefits of modular construction first hand. In fact, they specifically requested their architect source a modular construction company to complete a new auto sales office for this growing auto business. They requested a steel framed modular structure specifically to be able to either easily relocate the new structure should the need arise, or potentially recycle the building if needed. Impressed with the custom capabilities that are “business as usual” at Provincial Partitions, their decision was an easy one.
Fact: The recycled steel from 8 scrap cars provides enough steel to build a 2,000 square foot structure.
Construction was completed at Provincial Partitions new plant. The final sales office is comprised of four steel framed modular units that when assembled, will complete this custom eight-sided building. With a centrally located reception area, the remaining six peripheral offices provide a 360-degree view of the sales lot. Energy efficient windows surround the entire building.
