Go Transit was looking to substantially upgrade the temporary ticket booth arrangements for their ongoing renovation sites. Previously, they had used renovated trailers and it was determined that this would no longer suffice. The new booths needed to be structures that would reflect well on the company’s public image, plus, be durable enough to withstand moving to future locations. Provincial Partitions partnered with Go Transits design provider and the solution was immediately approved.
Each of the two custom units are welded super structures that can withstand the rigors of transport and the daily demands of these highly trafficked areas. With a secure, tempered teller window area and three separate workstations it’s easy to accommodate a large volume of ticket purchases. The aluminum fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) sandwhich panels provide excellent insulation and are mold and water resistant as well. The aluminum exterior surface provides effective resistance to the effects of environmental exposure. With the ongoing and proposed renovations at GO Transit these units will provide years of reliable service even after numerous relocations.
