Provincial Partition’s “Plug-and-play” simplicity with their System 40™ was put to the test recently. With an opportunity to install a 24’x36’ In Plant Office in a new, unoccupied warehouse facility the team from Provincial Partitions was able to do just that; in under two days! Transforce, a North American leader in transportation and logistics needed a turnkey In Plant office to accommodate management staff in a busy logistics depot. (See time-lapse video below.)

Sound reduction was significantly reduced with the inclusion of a drop ceiling and roof panels. Using internal chaseways within the System 40™ walls concealed all electrical conduits and standard pane windows made for quick and easy installation. The finished structure included 3 interior offices along with a utility room and a large open meeting area. As with all System 40™ structures this building can easily be reconfigured should the need arise, and equally as easily be dissembled to move to a future location.
