The inherent flexibility made it possible to build over the client’s own steel fabricated platform, providing ample storage space below. Further savings were realised by building the office flush with an existing wall. Both fabricated steel stairwells, situated at either end of the office, were crafted by Modern Railings & Metalcraft.
